DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO
Detergente neutro formulato su indicazione della formula AB57 dell’Istituto Centrale del Restauro, a base di bicarbonato di ammonio, EDTA e sali quaternari di ammonio, speciali tensioattivi neutri biodegradabili ed utilizzato per l’asportazione selettiva e delicata di sporco organico ed inorganico (smog, fuliggine, guano, etc.). Il prodotto non intacca l’originale patina d’invecchiamento dei supporti e non altera il loro aspetto, rendendolo particolarmente adatto per le operazioni di pulizia nel restauro conservativo di pietre e manufatti artistici e monumentali.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
